RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT

A deposit has been sent in the amount of $50.00 towards the purchase price of $__________ of an Abyssinian kitten. The buyer shall receive the first available kitten as indicated below. The seller retains the right to limit the number of deposits accepted on kittens of a particular color or sex. The seller also retains the right to sell or place any individual kitten as she wishes. If the seller does not have any kittens of the indicated color and sex available to the buyer within 1 year of the date of receipt of this deposit, the deposit shall be refunded at the buyer's request. In the event the buyer refuses the first offered kitten, their name shall be placed on the bottom of the waiting list. In the event the buyer refuses the second offered kitten, the buyer's deposit shall be forfeit. All kittens sold as pets are required to be altered by 8 months of age. All kittens will be sold with a written contract. A signature below indicates that this contract has been read, and the buyer agrees to the conditions stipulated in that contract. A copy of the pedigree will be furnished at the time of delivery. Booster shot records for kittens sold will be given to the new owners.
